In this personal exploration, I used science fiction as a lens to address the complexities of manipulation and the journey toward freedom. My goal was to balance a heavy thematic core with a sensitive visual treatment.

I developed a symbolic color palette to drive the emotional arc: using desaturated greens and cold purples to illustrate a world of objectification and deceit, contrasted by soft pink tones that represent the protagonist's innocence and her internal spark of hope. This project allowed me to explore metaphorical keyframes—where the physical manifestation of chains and blades serves as a visual dialogue for the character’s psychological evolution.
